Overseas Warehouse Updates

🇯🇵 Japan:

At present, the Japan warehouse has resumed normal operations. However, due to the drastic reduction of flights going out of Japan, so the time for shipments from Japan to Hong Kong warehouse is still expected to be longer than usual.

🇺🇸 United States:

Shipments that were sent through various locations in the US earlier have all been sent back to Hong Kong. However, due to the overflow of shipments, the Hong Kong warehouse is working around the clock to process the backlog of shipment check-ins. Although the US warehouse is now back to normal, due to the problems ongoing in the US, there is an expected delay for shipments going in and out.

Since the beginning of February, shipments sent to our warehouse in bulk pallets were received as a general BNS signature. However, we noticed that some shipments that were supposed to have been received were sent to other forwarding companies within the vicinity. Nonetheless, we are working with the courier companies to retrace these missing shipments and ship it back as quickly as possible.

🇹🇭 Thailand:

In early February, shipments sent out from the Thai warehouse were found containing prohibited items and being returned, so we were not able to tranship them before the mask ban. Using different channels, we have managed to export them out and those should be arriving in the Hong Kong warehouse around the 20th of March.

🇮🇹 Italy:

Due to the significant increase of Covid19 cases in Italy, we do not recommend using the Italian warehouse for any shipments at this point in time.

🇬🇧 United Kingdom:

As there are limited cargo flights going out from the UK at the moment, we are reducing the number of times shipments going out from our UK warehouse, temporarily, from twice a week to once a week, every Friday, at this time.

🇰🇷 South Korea:

Operation in the South Korean warehouse has returned to normal and delayed shipments have been processed through, except for shipments containing masks and sanitisers.

🇭🇰 Hong Kong Central Warehouse:

Our Hong Kong warehouse operations have started operating on a 24-hour basis. We hope to speed up the processing of backlogs within March and return to normal efficiency as soon as possible.
