Non-brand approved item ordered with authentication will be physically checked by Vestiaire Collective’s team to confirm that it matches the description offered by the seller, as well as the brand criteria.

Guaranteed Refund:
If the item doesn’t match the listing descriptions and is not authentic, Vestiaire Collective will cancel the sale and issue a full refund for your purchase.
4. Condition:
An item’s condition can be categorized as “Never worn, with tag”, “Never worn”, “Very good condition”, “Good condition” and “Fair condition”.
