(Jan11 updated) Shipping Delays: Flights greatly reduced after HK tightens pandemic rules

January 6, 2022

【Updated】
Jan 11th, 2022 Added affected shipments: Canada shipments
Jan 7th, 2022   Added affected shipments: US shipments

Due to the reduced cargo flights after the recent Omicron outbreak in Hong Kong, Canada and the United States, please note that the transit time of shipments from US  and CA warehouses to Hong Kong warehouse will be longer than usual.

There is a significant drop in flights between Hong Kong and Australia because of the latest anti-COVID restriction in Hong Kong. Please note that there will be unexpected delays in the shipping time in these few weeks.

HKSAR Government has just applied tightened pandemic rules for responding to the increase of COVID-19 cases in Hong Kong recently. Hence, flights between Hong Kong and Australia have been sharply cut. You are advised to take this into consideration when deciding to use the forwarding services.

Please stay tuned to the latest news released or check the update of your shipment status in our Member Centre for the latest information. We will continue to pay close attention to the situation and keep you updated.

We deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delays.
