In order to confirm the recipient’s identity in case the parcel is delivered wrongly, an identity proof is required when adding new delivery addresses from now onwards. Ensuring a smooth shipping experience, we encourage you to create a new delivery address in advance as the address verification will be taken in 1 to 2 days upon creation.
While creating a new delivery address, you have to provide the identity number and upload a photo of your identity proof. The identity proof provided can be your driver licence, identity photo card, passport or official documents issued by the governments. Unverified addresses will not be able to be used for delivery.
Please note that the above changes are only applied to new delivery addresses. Addresses previously added will not be affected and you can still use them for delivery.
