Due to the recent changes in the business environment, our parcel forwarding service’s shipping rate for every additional pound (lb) will be adjusted to AU$10 starting from 11 May 2020 (Monday) 12:00pm (GMT+8), while the rate for the first 2 pounds (lbs) will remain unchanged. If you still have any parcel(s) in our Hong Kong warehouse, we highly recommend you to consolidate the shipments before the adjustment starts.
We would like to highlight that the adjustment is a temporary measure in reaction to the significant impact on operation costs due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
