This is a handmade genuine leather pen holder refill for Micro 5 (M5) size, finished with hand-stitching using black saddle leather for the base and royal blue tanned leather for the pen loop. The stitch color is navy. The hole for the ring is 3mm in diameter. ※The item for sale is the pen holder refill only.
